Shopify is a platform to sell products, either through drop shipment or you pack the item and ship out to your customer. You buy items from the vendors at cheap cost and profit the difference.
Wealthy Affiliate is a platform for affiliate marketing, selling other people's products by focusing on content and SEO and get a commision. They are totally different online marketing methods so I do not recommend you do e-commerce if you are just learning affiliate marketing.
