Here are a few things I noticed while traveling and researching travel.
All of us have a smart device in our hands every day and sometimes it's enough to explore new places, look at pictures or reports and immediately feel better, happier, more motivated...Try it, after work, after hard and busy day, try if you are sad and if you are happy.
Traveling to new places or returning to a destination that felt good can provide a break from the routine and reduce stress levels. Being away from the pressures of everyday life and work can help individuals relax and unwind.
Traveling can promote mindfulness as you immerse yourself in a new environment. Being fully present in the moment can help reduce anxiety and worry about past or future events. I'm sure that when you leave home for just a short time, you forget about many things that you think about every day and that maybe don't deserve so much energy and time. Daily stimulation subconsciously forces us to think about the same things. Changes in the rhythm of life are very important!
Travel often means stepping out of your comfort zone, which can lead to personal growth and increased self-confidence. Facing new challenges and overcoming obstacles while traveling can be invigorating. This is very important for those who have problems with self-confidence, an excellent recommendation is that such people should sometimes travel alone.
Exposure to different cultures and traditions can broaden one's perspective and foster empathy and understanding towards people from diverse backgrounds. This can contribute to personal development and a sense of interconnectedness with the world.
Visiting natural landscapes can have a positive effect on mental health, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Nature has a calming and rejuvenating effect on the mind.
If you don't have the opportunity to travel, go out every day to be surrounded by nature and very quickly you will feel better and have more energy.

The addiction we acquire to social networks and the Internet can sometimes have a burdensome effect on us, so it is best to go somewhere where there is no network signal at least for a short time.
Don't worry about this, just remember how life was before the internet. How did we travel without navigation and phones? :)))

So please, be introspective and do what makes you calm and satisfied, what will reduce stress and increase dopamine levels in a natural way!!! My way, for sure are travels! What is your?
