Perseverance
Do not ignore the power of perseverance. Performing small efforts everyday will add up and it will pay back as dividends. There will be times when you feel like giving up but think about why you got started in the first place. It is all about your mental state and to choose positive thoughts all day. It is very easy to get sucked into negativity as our brain will naturally select negative version of life due to survival mechanism. However, it is our job to put it back on positive track and it comes by practising. In order to practice, you must do insignificant actions everyday which can transform into success over a time.
Another thing which we can control is to analyse our situations and circumstances by being midful about it. Once we do that we will realise that we are not in so bad situation as we thik we are in. Apparently this is not a painful process if it is perceived independently of other unforseen circumstances. Hence, perception is an important contributor to perseverance
Power of subconscious mind
We almost ignore our subconscious mind, however, most of our thinking and decision making originates from sunconscious mind. It has more capacity to store and remember things than our conscious mind as it grows everyday when we are sleeping. Actually our body also grows such as hair, nails, muscles etc while we are sleeping. During the day our sunconscious mind catches all the minor things around us without us realising it and processes it which then becomes our lateral thinking. Therefore, we must be very careful of what we say to ourselves as our subconscious mind will believe it. Hence, always be in the habit of positive self talk

Self talk can make or break you. So creating a habit of good thoughts is very important for your success.
When I become negative I first count my blessings and then plan for my future and hey presto, I feel happier and ready to get going again. I hear the chant in my head of my goal.
It really works. First you have to check what exactly are you saying to yourself in your subconscious? It can surprise you. Especially if other people have been undermining you as a person all through your life.

I absolutely love this post! I have trained myself to be positive and the subconscious mind is so important. Every night I listen and fall asleep to guided meditations on YouTube and have been for around 8 or 9 months now. What a huge difference. This opportunity came out of nowhere one day as I was browsing the web.
