Are you GDPR compliant, does your website need this?
Hello, this post is for a reference for those of you who need to set up their website to be GDPR compliant.
I had no clue what this was when I heard about it and thought I would take a min to share this with you all.
This is an important step in having a proper website.
What is GDPRIt is a way to set up your "cookies" so those on your site can allow or at least be warned that there will be a small trail of bread crumbs leading the way to those specially placed for you ads n such.
Not going into detail, just wanted to share.

There seem to be some easy to miss steps and some are quite important :) Yet another reason to follow the training carefully and review it on occasion.
I have gone back over the training and my early posts, back from when I was new and was amazed at some of the things I missed or did not do very well.

Hi Amelia, did sort this out when it first came out as the Charity I was working for did a big thing on it when it first became law in the UK. But a good reminder for all.

Thanks for the reminder, in the chaos that is the SAC, I had completely forgotten about this.
For sure, just the same with me, SAC keeping me busy and now I am playing catch up with my responses here.
Being busy is a great thing though, definately brings a sense of accomplishment :)
