Monday morning
I dont know why but this particular day is trying to rejuvenate day. With that being said here are some tips on how i start my day.

Your mindset is the main key on how you will react towards every obstacle thats has plan to cross path with you that day. Once you stay focus , plan accordily you schedule ( Yesssss you have to PLAN). This skill was a weak mechanism I have yet to master. Until time and age and seeking knowledge.
