What happens when you try to login? Are you getting an error, did you make sure you added your email address correctly?
If yes, submit a support ticket as Shakida indicated and that will really help you out and get you moving in the right direction here. :)
Put a ticket in with site support about it. I had this problem last week, when I tried to log in to my webmail here and I got an error notice saying that it could not connect to the server. Site support fixed it for me and I have no more issues.

Check all credentials are correct.
Try empty the cache and refresh.
