Where is the help?
Ok, I am not trying to bad talk or anything, I just want to find out how to get help because I feel like I am being ignored. I have submitted trouble tickets and they are still under pending status. here is the issue I have. I am unable to build my website with the domain that I own, every time I try to build it, I get an error message saying that it has been set up on the server.
It is not showing under my websites tab.
It is showing under my domains like this....

But there is no way for me to access and build a website.
I don't know what to do!
If someone will be kind enough to direct me to what I need to do I would really appreciate it. This has been going on for 4 days now and is getting frustrating.

I'm wondering the same thing. I ask a question and get no help so I post directly to Kyle and Carson and still get nothing. I'm beginning to wonder if they have a team of people commenting and saying how great this community is just to get people to stay and go premium. I'm on lesson 9 and can't get any further on the Getting Started course until I get help.
IslandGirl I don't think that's the case. What are you stuck on? I am more lost than anyone here lots of time but we can help each other.
I wonder if there is a tutorial on this.Following the written word will never replace a visual done slowly. What do you think?
I just checked and there is no errors with installing your website. What I think the issue might be is that you are re-entering the domain name into the box when you have already installed the domain.
Here's what you do:
1 - Click on "Build My Website" from the main menu on the left of WA
2 - Click on "On a site I own" (the dark blue button)
3 - Choose option 2, and select the button next to your domain name. There is a drop down with your domain name already in it, choose that option.
4 - Proceed to build your site.
I just built a site while logged in as your account and it was up and running in 30 seconds! I've since deleted it so that you can install your own :)

I'll look into your website not being able to be installed right away and I'll also look into why your ticket may be "pending". Our team is available for nearly 24 hours 7 days a week to make sure all is well on the hosting side. Kyle and I also answer many hosting tickets as well so I'll investigate why your hosting support ticket may have been missed.

I looked at my on Build My Webside and noticed the little querry right above where it says Domain Name as you have show me. Have you chosen the correct designation above. Have you transfered hosting from where you purchased it to Primary Name Serverns1.mywahosting.com, etc as explained on the upper right hand corner? Please look now if you can. Thanks.
