Monthly Update - 4 Months
Hello everyone,
Monthly update again. My website is 4 months old now and this WA blog is the fourth progress report on my website. First of all, let's take a look at some statistics.
- 40 posts and pages published with about 71018 words in total.
- 170 comments in total (half of them is my replies)
- Income: $0
- Traffic: 252 users (1/8/2020 - 31/8/2020)
- Facebook FanPage: 41 Likes
- Twitter: 97 Followers
- Pinterest: 52 Followers.
I still can't create any pins from my website. Therefore, I created my own images by using Canva and pinned them on Pinterest. All of my own images are linked to the homepage of Wealthy Affiliate. (Affiliate links certainly)
After some boring statistics, I would like to tell you a piece of breaking news.
I Got My First WA Starter Referral !! YEAH !!!
I got this referral on 1st August. I don't know whether my first referral will see this post or not because he/she is not so active in WA. He/She didn't complete his/her WA profile and reply to my messages.
I hope I will hear from him/her one day and get more and more referrals later on.
In August, I finally caught up on my schedule of publishing posts. According to the Affiliate Bootcamp training, it should be 60-100 posts published after 6 months.
Therefore, I will publish at least 10 posts every month and it should be at least 60 posts published by the end of October.
My traffic is still very low and I know I have to be patient. OK, let's see what will happen in the sixth monthly report.
One thing I would like to mention in this monthly report is that my traffic in the last two days of August is suddenly sharply climb-up. When I take a look at the details of these 2 days, I discovered that some "Strange" referral traffic came from a link called "trafficbot4free.host". I didn’t figure out what it is yet. Do you know what it is?
In August, I discovered a very powerful and free online graphic design tool called Canva. As you could see on my website, I added featured images to every post. Some of the featured images are created by me on Canva.
Canva is a very powerful and user-friendly tool. There are lots of templates and elements for graphic design. Moreover, this tool is very easy to use. I just learned by myself for a while and then I was able to create some simple but beautiful images.
