Someone Asked About my Latest Image, on my Bio, ( an explanation. )
Looking at the image,
In my left hand, I have a smartphone that is set up as a hot spot, and the laptop, which is on the bonnet of the vehicle, is connected to the internet through the smartphone.
The reason;
Stopped at the side of the road, buying a domain name, and also I am waiting to hear from a guy; who is on the other side of the planet, that is crafting a logo for me.
It is in the middle of nowhere, the trees in the background are part of a massive forest, signage on the side of the road is there to dissuade you from venturing past this point. It was the only spot on the way where there was a connection.
Through the forest, the road becomes crazy dangerous, slips, and sheer drop-offs. It's not the tumble down the side. It's the sudden stop at the bottom that would cause issues. In some spots, there is not even a road.
The reason for the journey; going gold mining.
If you are into gold mining, you will understand!
I guess one could say living the laptop lifestyle. The reality; not really because we are all living the super-connected laptop or should I say the smartphone lifestyle.
The thing I like about this business is that the boundaries are all being flattened. We are becoming so mobile, and that mobility creates many opportunities. We are living in a mobile world. Google sees it that way to introducing mobile first indexing, we carn't beat'em so the best thing to do is to join in.
We are not stuck in a place that defines us or what we can do or not do for that matter.
So there we have it, Alex is out and about creating business.
I would be keen to hear of your on the trail exploits; it could be downtown in the CBD, operating from your local Starbucks. Or out in the wild blue yonder.

I use my phone as a hotspot when I visit my 82 year old stepmother Alex. I use it on the train and at her house as she doesn't have Wifi.
Nothing as exotic as gold mining though. Have fun.

Alex the adventurer... yes, you can only do bitcoin mining online. For gold, you need to find the gold mine first.

I do understand the gold mining with Wealthy Affiliate. When I first bought Premier WA membership, you befriended me even when I could only post images sideways.
You always encouraged me as a minor is inspired by the shine of gold reflecting the sun in shade.
One day past the trails in the woody bunkers where Elk rally in the thick undercut...out in the midst of the great blue yander.
The boyscouts went on the maiden voyage of the new gold farm. We packed and hiked, dug and I was the sandwich leader. I jokingly said no snacks or water til you boys get the gold! They panned and shovelled, dredged and laughed, and I was dishing out refreshments when one of the boys hollered: "is this enough gold for you? I'll buy a lunch with it," turned out to be a thousand dollar nugget. We had not dug very deep or far and wow that The sparkle and little fake microscopes we make from micah rock sheaths singing up the mountain. They put toward the fallout boyscout rig with the golden nugget.

When it comes to gold mining, it is not the miners so much as the the folks that supply the miners.
Much like the folks that show others how to mine the internet for money and create their own stores to help folks in turn with what they need.
Just ask Levi's descendants. Still making blue denim jeans today and folks are still panning away, still wearing blue denim jeans.

It's so true. The Internet has made the world more accessible wherever we are on the planet. We no longer have a border in the virtual world. We can become gold miners and find our gold mine on WA or by creating our own business and still so many other opportunities, like working with someone in Asia while we are sitting in our garden.
