Don't Spend Money You Do Not Own
"I wonder why people spend the money they don’t have, to buy the thing they don’t need, to please the people they don’t like!" I guess some of you have seen this quote before. I strongly agree with the quote as I have a lot of friends around me complaining about how they overspent with instant gratification, only to regret much later just because they want to show off what they could "afford" to their peers, colleagues, and relatives.
The second culprit of overspending is the existence of Credit Card, it is an easy and "future" money that you don't currently own. I am not saying that credit card is bad, it provies a lot of benefits if one knows how to utilize it.
I have compiled some prime examples how people overspent on unnecessaries and I do believe there are people like that around you. Hope you could share this post to your friends. Yes, most of us do spend money that we don't have and get into trouble later.
It is consumerism for our own short term gratification.

Credit cards and pay day loans are usury gone mad, if you can pay it back in time then great but with interest rates in current accounts at 0% and interest rates anywhere from 18.9-2000% then it's a given there are going to be casualties down the line and don't get me started on the debts of entire countries. Madness.
Agree with you David. It is simply crazy and there are still people get trapped, and it is simply because they are not aware of the impact.
