Can I add links to street articles on my website?

Hello WA community,

just published another article and mentioned someone else's youtube video service (with a link to their site, which is related to my niche, but not really a competitor because they offer a different service, albeit in the same area....good idea, huh).

I had this idea that I could mention on my website that I had written a couple of articles for streetarticles.com. It seems like a good idea to me, as it would give me more authority.

Was just checking to see if it's:

1) permitted

2) if so, a worthwhile idea?

Thanks in advance. Oh yes, the link to the article is http://goo.gl/7Iu2uE should you fancy reading. Cheers, Alan

Great feedback - I didn't think about sending people away either. I'll just review the article on may page and keep it safe.
Thanks

Thank you for sharing, good information.

I have done that, just to give more information to one particular area of my website post. Can't say whether it was worth it though.

It would not be a problem. If it has to do with your content on your website I don't see why you couldn't make it work.

Only thing to think about is you have already done the hard part of getting people to your website. Do you really want to send them away?

Ah, good point I had not thought about the sending away part!

You sure can post a link to SA I can not comment on it being a good idea without more info, like what your site is all about, and such.

Thanks Shawn. Think I might avoid the link because of what brokwebb above mentions.
