Property Mastermind Next Level _ Motivational Speaker Darren Harris
Hi everyone,
I attended a Next Level Property Mastermind event yesterday as part of ongoing training that I am undertaking.
There was a presentation by a motivational speaker called Darren Harris, who is a double paralympian. His sports are judo and football. He has competed for Great Britain and Northern Ireland at th paralympics. The remarkable thing about Darren Harris is that he is blind.
He lost his sight at an early age and adapted to this disability, overcoming his anger and frustration at his condition, overcoming prejudice against his race and disability.
Darren was a true warrior and still trains daily and keeps himself in good shape at the age of over 50 years old.
Darren talks eloquently about his life with his disability and the many obstacles that he has overcome to achieve his status as a double paralympian and also a great public speaker.
I admired Darren for his bravery in overcoming every obstacle and for being an example to others with disabilities and a role model for us all in how to become a great human being whilst overcoming daunting disabilities.
Enjoy your weekend!
Cheers
Alan

Hey Alan, this brought tears to my eyes. People like Darren who are differently abled usually have such wonderful personalities because they appreciate everything else they have in life.
He is a true inspiration of compassion, kindness, dedication, determination, and humility that we should all have in our lives and not just take for granted and judge people or make assumptions based on our own warped views. Thank you for sharing and I am sure you had a fantastic time there.
Hi Hein, Thank you for commenting. I agree, i sometimes think that if I were disabled in any way I would not cope well, respect, Cheers Alan.
Alan, he is a great reminder when we complain about things in life and business and yet have our full capabilities. A true inspiration to be sure.
