I Was Blown Away By Simon Zutshi´s Graduate Day 21st January 2024!

I hope you had a great week so far.
On the Sunday 21st January 2024, I attended an amazing and inspiring event with Simon Zutshi, the leading property trainer in the UK.
It was a graduate's day for people who have completed Simon´s Mastermind course previously, and I completed mine at the end of 2022. I was surrounded by around 50 previous graduates from the last 15 years or so since the programme began, which is by no means all of them, but there were some from my graduation class as well as many other new faces.
Some of the graduates had great success during the past year, and some were still seeking that elusive success, but the market having changed to a buyer´s market, this has made things easier for most property investors. The only drawback being that interest rates are very high and have still not come down this year.
Over the past weekend 27th and 28th January 2024 I also attended some more of Simon Zutshi´s training about Short Term Rentals, and I was again mind blown by the well organised content that was prepared with workbooks for attendees to complete as they went along.
Some of the concepts discussed were quite remarkable, such as the use of Capital Allowances to reclaim some of the costs of fitting out a building that is used for commercial purposes, such as Short Term Rentals. Yes, the Tax Authorities in the UK allow you to claim back part of the more expensive fitting out of a building used for commercial purposes, which is extremely mindblowing, because what it means is that you are getting a discount on the cost of constructing a new building, how amazing is that?
Simon runs regular events and encourages people not only to learn but also to act on their new education, take action and get results.
There are usually plenty of case studies and success stories and I have heard many of these before. Nevertheless the stories are powerful and inspirational.

I think Simon Zutshi is my favourite property guru, and he always gives massive value to his attendees either in person or on zoom, and the former can get a full money back guarantee on the educational course investments.
I am doing more training with Simon Zutshi, so will keep you updated on any changes. The Uk is currently expecting a few new Permitted Development Rights to be announced. Let us hope that will happen soon as the UK Planning office, that deals with planning applications is not keeping up with the demand.
