Another Month Into 2019 And I´m Gradually Building A Foundation For A Business
Hi Everyone,
I am just giving my monthly update on progress and feel as though I now have the basis of a business going forward after 18 months at WA, and overall almost 2 years of internet research, including surfing around picking up shiny objects as well.
I have 6 websites in progress, in different stages of development.
My main websites is a blog about online marketing software which has become a catchall for reviews and training and general information, with which I am hoping to generate some traffic if I can just keep up a reasonable rate of blog production. I hope from this to also generate some Wealthy Affiliate referrals, as I often compare other products and offerings to the excellent value for money and great training which we get from WA. Nothing usually comes close to the WA training.
Another website is an e-learning store which offers e-books and e-courses, in which I have 385 products, and which I hope to build into an Academy when it takes off.
I have two websites which deal with physical products. One of them is a drop-shipping store which deals with personalised goods, screen printed normally. The other one deals with my own sourced hand made products.
Both of these websites I have had to shelve for the time being owing to limited time to develop multiple websites in parallel.
I have carried out quite a lot of training in different aspects of internet marketing especially the excellent training at WA, and I have become much more aware of all aspects of Affiliate Marketing. More recently I have been focussing on Social Media which has been a weakness of mine.
I also started to follow more closely some of the successful members here at WA, and studied how they have achieved their success. I have tried following some of their methods.
Progress has not been fast, but i have had spells when I have had limited time to develop the websites. One thing that I have learned is that you do need to dedicate a LOT of time to start an online business.

Thanks Alan , I was sitting yesterday and thinking. I will have to set some daytime goals, as you mentioned I need to dedicate the time to building my business.

Well, I thought I was busy with my 2 websites but now realize you have a lot more hay on your fork.

Hi, Alan, I think I know how you feel, you have all these ideas and you would like to see them all up and running,
I remember I had an idea to get another website with the one I had and Kyle said it was better to build one first and have it running before I start another and I thought that was excellent advice, that your limited time would be spent on perfecting one before going to another.

Good to hear your feedback about your progress and agree with you that we need to commit to working harder if we are to be successful. I have just turned 1 year here and yet to see any results but I will persevere despite the challenges.
