One possibility is to save the content to a Word document. Title it.

Set up a new Website if you have a different niche or more effective keyword for a Website title.

Go to your Word Document and make appropriate changes in your content .
Transfer edited content into new website.
Ctrl A- Highlights all content.
Cntrl C - Holds all information you want to transfer.
Set cursor on page where you want to place transferred information.
Cntrl V - Places saved and highlighted document where you want it placed on your new Website.

You cannot change the domain name.
If it is a siterubix, then you can delete it and create another one with a new name. But if you have contents in it, then it's not a good idea.
