Difficulty vs Opportunity .
Few years ago, i was facing so many difficulties, almost at all areas in my day to day life, at home, at work, with family, financially, with my health, etc. ( You just name it ...),
I was setting with my manager after duty hours, and suddenly i exploded crying and complaining about all the crisis i have at that time. He was listening carefully to every word i said and was writing down notes !!
After i calmed down he said: look i can now summarize all of what you are going through in 5 core opportunities: Learning, Experience, Change Management, Project Planning and Problem solving.
Then he started to link each of the opportunities to an issue or two, and he end up the conversation saying : In every difficulty there is an Opportunity, just set back, get out from that dark room, turn on a light and then observe and think.. otherwise you are just wasting your energy like walking on a treadmill .. you walk for many hours but you reach no where ..
It took me several years to really see and feel the feasibility of that way of thinking and i found out that it is true .. In every difficulty there is an Opportunity ..
So, what you think ?

I agree with everything you have said here, anything that is difficult usually represents a significant opportunity. Business for example, for many it can be difficult simply because it requires a sustained "hard work" approach and most people are unwilling to do this.
That creates opportunity. If you work harder than the next person, which to be honest isn't all that hard these days, you have a great chance of being very successful online.
Love this post!
True Kyle, and yes i would say its not enough to work harder as you said but you need to work harder and smarter ..
very happy with your usual awesome rich comments .. Cheers :O)
It sounds like you had a great manager. I could not agree more that in every difficulty there is opportunity. A measure of a person's character can often be gauged in how they overcome an obstacle.
We all have struggles and when you encounter them you can run from them, you can hold your head in your hands and cry or you can put your shoulder into them and push them out of the way or find a way around them.
Well said Christian ! i loved your comment in fact i totally agree with you " push them out of the way or find a way around them." .. Cheers :O)

It's the old silver lining saying. In all clouds there is a silver lining. Sometimes you have to look hard for it. But it is there to be found.
Yup 100% True .. RonAlderman, the great opportunities are most of the time encapsulated with hard rocks layers for the champion who deserve to revel it out to the world ..
Cheers :O)
