This quote hits the nail right on the head.

No matter where you are in the process of creating online wealth for yourself here at Wealthy Affiliate, it's safe to say that at one time or another, you've thought about quitting. The reasons for entertaining that option varies from person to person:

Common Reason #1: "There's just too much information."

Delving into online entrepreneurship can be a little overwhelming. Here at Wealthy Affiliate, there is a TON of information for you to take advantage of, and sometimes, it can seem like it's all too much to take in. Maybe you're doubting yourself and you're thinking you don't have what it takes to absorb all of the knowledge and follow all of the actionable steps.

SOLUTION:

Take a deep breath and stop focusing on the entire pie and just eat one slice at a time. As you're going through each lesson, take it one page at a time. When you get stuck, ASK FOR HELP. We're all in this together. If you post a question, trust that someone will respond. You can even feel free to message someone directly. That's the beauty of the WA community.

Common Reason #2: "I just don't have enough time."

Okay, so maybe you're not so intimidated by the volume of information but rather you're having a hard time seeing any fast progress because you don't have enough hours in the day to put into building your website and creating content. Between our jobs, taking care of our family, running daily errands, and trying to get enough sleep at night, creating online wealth can sometimes seem like a futile attempt.

SOLUTION:

I'd like to encourage you today to read Earl Nightingale's quote every single day until you internalize it by memory:

"Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway."

Really zone in on that last part.

THE TIME WILL PASS ANYWAY.

Here's the truth of the matter. Yes, those who are willing and/or able to devote 20+ hours a week toward building their website and adding content will likely have more expeditious success than someone who is only able to commit to 5 hours a week. That's just the fundamental nature of sowing and reaping. The more time you invest, the larger and quicker your return will be.

But don't lose hope just because you have too many other obligations to realistically invest 20+ hours per week! Everyone's life is set up differently. Even if it takes you five years to reach the level of online success that will allow you to quit your full-time job, isn't that a better timeline than quitting your dream of online success all-together and spending the next THIRTY YEARS working for someone else?

REMEMBER. Whether you choose to follow your dreams or let them go, the same seconds, minutes, and hours are going to pass by regardless. You may as well spend that time creating a life that will ultimately lead to success and early retirement.

This is not a competition. Be patient with yourself. And remember that the time will pass anyway. So what if it takes you more than a year or two? As a matter of fact, don't even look at the time! Just work on your business as much and as often as you can, and before you know it, the results you're looking for will be there.
