You said to extend help to develop trust. Are you writing your own help article OR directing them to a link where help is given?
as you add friends, you will get notified of their blogs, together with the requests for help and the different threads such as "all things wordpress" etc. Just join in, even if only spectating and reading...as you go through the trainings you will begin to pick up on things and in a few weeks/months/moments you will be responding to a new person in the way that I am now- or you can select one of the better comments that will follow and pass it on!

hi nomda, i meant differently. Kyle said in his video that to establish trust among readers/visitors of one's web site (his was "baby stroller"), offering help/suggestions etc. are one of the means to build trust. what I want to know is if he (Kyle) is wrting his own tip/help OR sending a link where help is being offered. he showed the eHow web site and there are tips and help like "how to clean baby stroller". he did not write the article himself BUT will he will pass this article to his readers as a form of help?
