Think and Act like a baby (for success)

Look at the joy on his face...this is success.

It is easy to see how proud and happy he is to be crawling. And so he should be. This moment is the result of tireless effort, and many many failures.

He did not wake one day and suddenly found himself able to crawl.

There were so many steps he had to achieve first before he could achive todays success.

1. Learn to lift his head up.
2. Learn to roll over.
3. Learn to sit up.
4. Learn to use his legs and arms to push him around the floor.
5. Learn to hold his weight up on his hands and knees.
6. Co ordinate movement to actually crawl.

This happened through determination and trial and error. He did not give up, he learnt every day with every success and with every failure.

With each success, his world became a bit more open and presented more opportunities. He can now crawl, he is no longer limited to a narrow view of the world from lying on his back looking up at the ceiling.

And now that he is crawling, he will work on his next challenges. Forever thinking about the next goal.

I think we need to remind ourselves, that everything is a process. To see success we need to continually work at it. Try things out, learn from them. Recognise failures and smile at the successes.

Most importantly is to keep trying.. you never know when success will see you smiling like a baby who has learnt to crawl.

Do not worry about running yet. You first need to lift your head up and learn to crawl.
