A Girl’s Gotta Sleep!
Hi WA family!
Another night laying wide awake in my bed because all I’m doing is thinking about niche ideas and ways to improve my site!
And I can’t wait to wake up every morning, so I can start working on my site even though I couldn’t sleep because all I did was think about my site! I think I have a problem! LOL
But I have to say...it feels REALLY GOOD to have something to be excited about and to look forward to everyday. I haven’t had much of that this year.
I started a gratitude journal this week, and I gotta say...I think it’s working! :)

You are such a doll, at least you have a reason you cannot
sleep insomnia is my reason and it is terrible I have sleeping
medication but do not like taking it because then I sleep
to long. Love the journal idea - I used one of those when
I was in therapy they work great :)

I have a touch of insomnia as well and typically use Nyquil Z to help me get to sleep, but it tends to make me feel really groggy when I wake up in the morning.
Journaling is a wonderful outlet for me. It helps get my thoughts out so I'm not stuck with them when I'm trying to sleep. :)
Try to let go of the website. Sleep time is yours. You may dream of something. Haven't researched it but what about sleep as a niche. It may sound silly but a lot of people suffer from sleep disorders. What would help them fall asleep besides counting sheep. Sleep well Amy.
Hmmm...I wouldn't have thought to make sleep a niche of mine, but I may consider at since I do have a lot of experience with it. LOL

Dear Amy sleep is essential to good health. Your enthusiasm is great. but maybe an essential oil and a diffuser would help you sleep. There is other WA member who knows a lot more about essential oil than I do. Maybe one of them can help.

Ahh I can totally relate! I keep a book with me and jot down ideas if I come up with them throughout the day (or night) and I am not on my laptop. I have total mom brain most days, so that helps me not to forget ideas that come to me at the most random of times.
Great job on the gratitude journal as well. A definite must have in my opinion!
