Glad to Be Back In WA!

I joined Wealthy Affiliate back in July 2009 but I kinda left them when I started getting some positive results. My activity was winding down in WA while everything was going well with my campaigns.

Then came the google updates!

Almost all of my sites dropped from page one and this was after the penguin update back in April 2012.

I was trying to bring my sites back in serps again. I would buy link packages and blasted my sites hoping that it would do some good (it didn't). I even purchased another course because its sales pitch was all about building google proof sites (it was actually a good one). The latest course I bought was all about comment spamming at Youtube which admittedly I followed.

I'm not sure what I was thinking back then but it didn't occur to me to go and check how everyone at WA is doing after the update. And my motivation towards Internet marketing was not really high.

It wasn't until I went back to WA this August 2015 that I realized that I've been missing out on a lot!

I've been kicking myself because of this super late realization.

Now I've made a promise to myself that I will always be around and active here in WA. My rank when I got back was over 4,000 and right now it's at 867. I don't really care too much about the ranking here but it's really nice to see some sort of measurement for your activity.

Internet marketing is really one of my passions aside from playing the drums. I also want to help others and bring people here in Wealthy Affiliate because simply this is the best place to learn online marketing.

Right now I have some new sites that are following the methods here in WA. I even reworked some of my old sites that survived the penguin and saw immediate results in terms of rankings and conversions. I have a lot on my plate now but it's nice to be busy again.
