Hi all,

I'm reading a book called "Springboard; Launching Your Personal Search for Success." The author mentions the real value of competition.

Since I have this te

just curious .. did you ever gt through it? it's a year later :)

I'm ready for the challenge. We are ready

Competition is not war. We are friends--all of us. I don't understand this competitive society we live in. Alabama (the football team) doesn't compete against their competition (other teams); they compete with themselves. You want competition and to be connected. We all need each other--sometimes we feel war, sometimes love and peace. We will do all we can. Was that the challenge you are looking for? Maybe, or not. from, a 67 year old newbie

Good heavens. I wrote about a challenge to keep procrastinators motivated to complete affiliate bootcamp. I'm not quite sure what you're saying, relove3.

Edited to add: I certainly agree with your sentiments that we all need each other. I think that's so wonderful about joining Wealthy Affiliate. We don't have to go it alone.

If you haven't done' bootcamp all the way through, you're welcome to join us!

I went over-board.

No problem at all. You just took me by surprise.

You mentioned you're a newbie. If I get a few people who are interested in the challenge, it would be terrific to have you join up!

Have a good evening.

What's your challenge?

I think the best thing about WA is that you can work at your own pace.

Yes, work at your own pace is good! Especially with people having such different schedules, some with full time jobs.

Procrastinators tend to e-x-t-e-n-d "at your own pace" to amazing lengths! I'm speaking from sad experience.

So hopefully I'll be able to collect a few people who want to join together for a little extra motivation, the type that a casual challenge can provide. Whatever each person's time frame, we can urge each other on and provide a bit of structure.

This isn't something you necessarily want to get into competition with. The reason being that it is quality work that will get you interaction and conversions. If you start aiming for just number of blog posts or even traffic, you will lose control of your campaign, fast! Anyways how about this: http://makeyourinternetmoney.com/
this is what my site looks like after a month of serious building. Don't just try to beat my post numbers, instead try and beat my content in terms of completeness and helpfulness. Either way, you have to start walking the walk to get anywhere!

Thanks for replying, Choppydo. I like your website. Actually, I didn't mean compete on posts, etc. Your point about quality vs quantity is good. The Challenge I'm talking about is about completing the tutorials that make up bootcamp, finishing the assigned tasks. This is a struggle for a lot of procrastinators.

Oh it's no biggie. It's all meant to be completed one a day. An easy pace of 1-3 hours a day. Just stick with it and remember that this is a real business that needs real care to flourish.

Choppy hey.I just checked out your website pretty awesome!!I1 month of hard work huh?I've been working on my WA website for 6 days.I want mine to be comparable to yours in quality content I really like what you've done with the space.Gives me encouragement at what can be done if you just apply your self.

If you just work your way through the bootcamp, you can easily create a site like mine(or even better). Just remember that in order to recieve(traffic, interaction, conversions) you first have to give(quality, engaging content). Also don`t burn yourself out! The focus should always be on quality content. One quality article is more worthwhile than ten throwaways. Go at whatever pace you can manage without sacrificing on quality.

Very nice site Choppydo! All your hard work paid off. Keep it up!
