This is the blog I intended to post this morning but could not due to server problems so, better late than never! :
I am sure that today our thoughts in the UK are with our friends in the States. In these early years of the 21st Century communities like ours are even more important. Wherever you find diverse groups coming together to support and help each other there will be inspiration for others to emulate the behaviour. To a more enlightened future Carole

thanks for the encouraging post. It reminded me of something I learned from the landmark forum, that we should focus on the present. The end stage of what is to be is a result of the small steps/actions that we are taking right now. We don't let the past stumble us, nor fall into the trap of dreaming that someday it will happen, and procrastinate... Hope u are okay that I added u to my buddy list..
I belong to one of those groups. 3 of the dogs and handlers that are on my SAR team spent time on the "pile". Here's to hoping we don't need them again.
