How do I reply a member of WA who has commented on my website/blog without approving the log. So you can explain to them the reasons why you have added a given blog as my niche
The only way to contact a member who has left a comment for you, without approving or dis-approving the comment, is to find the member on the WA platform and sending them a private message. Sometimes this can be difficult as their Gravatar user name and/or photo may differ from what they have used here on WA.
You can search for any member using the grey search bar at the top of the page here in WA, the same way you would search for training topics.

Hello, I did it already a few times. It was so straight forward to me that I can't even remember well how I did it...
But I think you can reply through the SiteComments tool here in WA, you click on the comment to be approved and there's a combo box in the lower left part with choices (Approve, Disapprove, Approve and reply(?)).
You choose what you want to do "Approve and Reply" write down your answer, then you click on the button "Approve and Publish" and both will show up on your site.
If you want to "Disapprove" you choose that option then a text box will show up so you can give an explanation about the disapproval.

If you "approve and reply" those comments will be published to the website however and should pertain to the content. It sounds like she wants to contact the member privately about the comment itself.
