When Life hits you with the Wall Time to run through it to Achieve Your Dreams
So when your not feeling your most creative, when you have had very little if any quality sleep when the kids have been fighting constantly screaming and disturbing you, when you cannot go on no longer what do you do... This moment in our lives happens but only a so called few times if we are lucky.. Due to mental health issues unfortunatly it has happened way more than a few times and each and everytime i doubt myself Why im just like everyone else yes a disability is no reason to give me sympathy 1 we dont need your pity! 2 I am just the same as every other beautiful person regardless of race, colour, education, moral aspects, religion and finally 3. No matter what is in the way of us achieving what we set out to do the wall we call life will now and forever be RAN straight through. You are the only one that can ever stop yourself for achieving your dreams and i for one will support and be there to lend a hand when times get tough.. I am no one special but apart from a good ear to listen to and a really bad sense of humour i am not going no were so any of you amazing people ever suffer with self doubt, confidence, anxiety while doing your everyday things putting on a brave face then please dont be afraid to reach out I am non judgemental and will happily share with you my story and once you hear it you will be amazed at what has been achieved and you can do it also. we are in this together and win as one community and we never ever lose the phrase rome wasnt built in a day is testermant to each and everyone of you that no matter how long it takes the people who support us and help us develop are ourselves. Through relationships, social media, been outgoing, been successfully and talented in sports, or just been a genuine human being that has a loveable approcach.
The DESTINY we all look for is for me and my own opinion is to learn as much as possible as we cannot share our knowledge to the next generation if we are unable to do so as we have not learnt and i know what ive learnt that knowlede is a blessing to have so use it wisely, find those who enjoy learning as much as all of us great people do and even if they have a bad background give them the chance to maybe change you never know you may find a diamond in the rough.

Life will always hit you hard but its about taking those hits and keep moving forward as that is how winning is done.

I suppose it's how we have got technology to where it is, one passing on to the next. We would have a car only for someone inventing a simple wheel. We wouldn't have a computer without Bell and Franklin. So you keep passing on your knowledge and you never know what it will grow into.

Thank you for the comment and im forever wanting to show my support and it gives otherss the freedom to give them selves that pat on the back, to run that extra 500 yards when they thought they were ready to stop, or to hit there personal best when they doing there bicep curls.
