Uhoh, Virus!
Stomach virus that is.... Yeah, not good.
Being in a hurry the other day, I grabbed some fast food, which I normally don't do... BAD idea!
So, it shut me down for a good 24 hrs.+, and cut into my productivity.
That fact got me thinking about how other viruses can shut you down as well. Of course we all know about the viruses that are able to infect your computer or devices and wreak havoc.
But, there are other "viruses" that can infect us, like fear, procrastination, distractions, doubt... you get idea! These can "shut us down" to where we cannot and do not reach our goals!
I'm determined to zap these the minute they pop up! How about you?

Lots of virusses, the most lethal one is the doubt virus
Thank you, Loes, for taking the time to read AND comment! :) I would have to agree that doubt is most lethal. Doubting oneself, doubting the system, doubting it can be done... on and on...
