I had three messages on my domain website saying I hadn't paid and they would terminate my website, it must have been a hack so is my website not secure?
It sounds more likely you've been a victim of spam.
If you purchased your domains here at WA you can go to Websites > Site Domains to see when each of your domains expire and when the next payment is due. I have never had WA send me a message on my actual website to renew a domain however.
If everything looks as it should be within site domains, I would just delete the message and chalk it up to spam.
Good luck, Shannon
Thanks Jaz333 that's what I have done as I paid through WA and it is not due for another 9 months.
All the best,
Alexandra
Hi - are they simply comments under your posts? Are they from Joe Miller? It's a well-known scam. Most of us have had them at some point. It doesn't mean that your site has been hacked.
Thanks so much Diane, yes they are from Joe Miller and now I know it's a scam it is very helpful.
Thanks,
Alexandra

It is hard to keep up payments at the moment, so is it easy to come back to WA if I let my Premium membership go? Or I wanted to change from a yearly subscription to monthly pa
If you leave your website will be held for 60 days and then deleted, so make sure you make a copy or move it to an hosting site.
Alexandra, there are some good answers for you here! I hope your situation gets a little better going forward!

Hi, you can change your payment plan at any time however you can never revert back to a free starter again. You can stop and restart again as a premium.
For into about your sites, please see ChrystopherJ notes.
You can, yes, but as Kathy mentions, you will lose access to the platform, and your website(s) will go offline.
A backup will be kept for up to 60 days, that SiteSupport can use to restore your website. But it is highly recommended that you make your own backup and store it on your computer. If you want your website(s) to remain online, you will want to migrate them to another web host before your membership expires.
You can change your payment type between Credit Card, PayPal and WA Credits, as well as switching between Monthly and Yearly by visiting the Upgrade page

Hi Alexandra, you can cancel, but will lose access to starter membership. Yes, you can come back anytime. I think you'll be able to find the link in your account settings:)
