if your not sure an internal link is a link on 1 page direct some1 to another page/post on your website

yes but every link you put on your site i would do an internal link to offset it google likes internal links and i wouldn't put a link on every page that will make you go down in the google ranks

you can put as many links as you want on your website. What I would do though is make sure that your not just bombarding the reader with Affiliate links because this will turn people off.

You need to have more value based content to actually help the user. I would also make the affiliate links a nofollow

no i think they have to go premium for you to get the credit

You only get paid for starter memberships if the referral 1. Completes the account set up. and 2. You are a Premium member.

The commission for a starter member is $1.
