I've stopped work on my flower girl site for now. That's okay. I need to move through this website building process more quickly. With myflowergirl dress.com, small nuisances became big problems, like moving images between computers, or skipping steps, or practicalities like how to move between refresh and view without inadverdantly closing one or the other. Anyway, I figured it was time to stop and take a break. Over time since I started my seniors site, I've gotten a better grip. Lesson learned: Its okay to throw the towel in temporarily.

I started the seniors website because ideas kept popping into my head - at work, while doing flower girl, or driving, eating, whenever. I was dreaming about subheadings! I'm nearly done with the initial site already. It feels good to be this far along. I threw in the towel in previous efforts. The build phase was too hard. Lesson learned: Ask at WA or just Google it.

I ran the whole 'mom's building a website' idea by my two grown kids who are doing well for themselves. Since they're in San Jose and Seattle, I'm not sure if they're winking and nodding their heads knowingly, or if they really do mean 'good for you, mom, good job.' Peace.

Definitely sounds like you are on the right track. And I'm sure those winking, shrugging kids will help you if you need it. :)

Sounds like real progress. You're following the advice: keep on keeping on. Good luck!
