Speak words of affirmation. Negative words can affect how we work, think and feel so wake up and don’t grumble about starting your day but be thankful you woke up to a new day! Be thankful for all the new opportunities that day hold.
Secondly, what we give is what we receive. I can’t be negative to my coworkers and expect them to like me or help me. If I don’t work on my website there won’t be traffic. If I don’t engage with my followers on instagram, I can’t expect them to keep up with me or care about what I post and I may even lose followers. However, being kind to my coworkers makes for a likable work environment. Engaging on Instagram encourages my growth and relationships there.
Being kind, your work ethics, your mindset… it all matters.

I had to come back here and say thank you for your support. It took me a year to finally make the decision to join WA. I do not regret this at all. I learn little by little. AND I learn by my mistakes. The young nurses come up to me regularly and they usually start off with "I have a stupid question" and before they can start I say "there are no stupid questions" ... you make us all feel like there are no stupid questions because you realize we all come from different learning levels to this "internet world" Thank you for you support and patience with us all.
