Google Authorship Errors

So, I've followed the steps to setting up authorship, but something's really wrong and I'm not equipped to even begin to understand it.

I've linked my google+ profile ID with my WA account and with my Wordpress site.
I've also made a custom link to my Google "About Me" as a contributor to my site.
But when I use the Structured Data Testing Tool, I get so many errors.

Before I copy & paste those verbatim, I first want to say that I created my g-mail e-mail after my Google+ account had already been created for many months with a different, personal e-mail. So when I created a g-mail e-mail it became the primary and my personal e-mail is now an alternate/backup e-mail. One of the issues is that my e-mail, cannot be verified. My WA account was created using my personal e-mail, and therefore my Wordpress site uses my person e-mail. I don't know what I should do about this or what the problem is. I can't even figure out how I'm able to verify my e-mail, despite looking this is up several times. Just nothing seems to work.

Anyway, here are the errors:

Authorship is not working for this webpage.
Email verification has not established authorship for this webpage.
Email address on the siterubix.com domain has been verified on this profile: No
Public contributor-to link from Google+ profile to siterubix.com: Yes
Automatically detected author name on webpage: Not Found.
Cannot verify that rel=author markup has established authorship for this webpage.
First rel=author link from webpage: http://designerdiscounts.siterubix.com/author/admin
Link (direct or indirect) from website to Google+ profile: No
Error: At least one field must be set for Hcard.
Error: Missing required field "name (fn)".
Error: Missing required field "updated".

I'm sorry this is so long, but none of this makes sense to me and after hours of trying to look up how to solve these problems on my own, I just am completely stumped.

Hi.

If you have followed the training on how to setup google authorship:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/google-authorship-simplified - by Tommy
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-add-google-authorship-to-your-wa-blog-posts - by Welshy

(there are lots of others)... and it is setup according to the training - then it could be to do with your theme.

I use the FLATO theme - and had to manually update some of the PHP files to correct the: Error: Missing required field "updated" error.

If you haven't made many updates to your theme, you could try changing it, for example to the WP 2014 one - and running it through webmaster tools again.

All the best, Mark
