I didn't want you to think I forgot you......we had a family emergency last night , so it's crazy here.

But I did glance at it. You've got a large amount of content - I do that too - but it looks, at a quick glance, that it's good info.
There do so seem to be a lot of links......Google doesn't like too many.
With all that info, see if there's a way to separate it into Part 1, Part 2 blogs, kind of like a sequel to make them come back. I did it with 2 of my Blogs, a Part 1 then 2.......Google indexed them, so it's something to think about.
I'll have more time tomorrow (Monday) to take a better look, then I'll get back to you.

I too am big on nutrition. First since my running days-10 miles/day, 7 days/week, to my weight lifting/competing days, and now to dealing with "The BIG C" for the second time, Nutrition/diet, supplements, and just appreciating yourself are important for living well. Since I'm now keeping "The Big C" at bay - without radiation or chemo - I think I'm doing what I need to do for myself.
It will be interesting to see how you use your experience in your websites and blogs. I'm sure you'll do well, you have very timely subject. Lot of Keywords there!

Thanks for the follow Candice! Sounds like you are quite busy. Our friend is studying Reiki and hopes to be a master someday. She has been great in helping my wife with a more natural solution to her conditions and it has really helped. Perhaps someday we will try some Reiki too. I would like to read about that. Multiply that by whatever number and get started. Record it, write it but get it down on paper, etc. I look forward to receiving info on it soon.
