A famous American actor, Betty White, passed away today, 12.31.2021. Just short of her 100th birthday.
She will be missed!

I don't know, friend. Not into conspiracies. But as soon as she says, that she doesn't eat anything green, she died. I would question the vegans who probably heard what she had said.

Vegans live less long; you would be missing essential amino acids and proteins which cannot be replaced. What about EFA's essential fatty acids? When your body needs repair, what is it going to drive you to?
Glad Betty was fun. or maybe not vegan for so very long.
I say this because I've known 2 vegans and they were grumpy people to say the least. I'd say it's their diet is more like some bondage thing. Or look at me, I could be wrong too.
I just go with my gut on this though,

That is true, friend. That's why I don't follow the trend of going vegans. Most people who go vegans, don't last staying vegans.
But it's people's choice if they think that they are getting better health that way. From a nutritional standpoint, vegans are missing the B12 vitamin from meat, which is very important. You can't get it from plants. All the best!
