You can try to clear the caches of both browsers and servers :) See if you get a different result.
Also, I assume you already created a menu (thus not greyed out), then you can add items to it, saving changes.

In checking now... I was able to add a menu item and save it. So, I'm betting it is an exclusive issue that MIGHT be your session with your browser that is causing you to experience this.
Perhaps close your browser, flush your browser's cache and then try again.
If you're STILL having issues, then reaching out to SiteSupport would be your best step, making sure to let them know EXACTLY what you tried to fix this issue.

Thanks for your response. I will try your suggestions. I do know how to contact Site Support :) but wanted to use them as my last resort. I wanted to try other avenues before contacting them.

Exploring all avenues BEFORE reaching out to support is always a time saver for you and them.
Truly hope rebooting your browser works. I've even had to reboot my computer when issues like this rear their ugly head. LOL!

I am interested in selling a domain name on Flippa. It is asking me to verify the domain and requests that "I Copy the TXT Record below into your DNS configuration, then press
I did but since it is not associated with a website (it is a domain only), it didn't show up in the list. However, it does give an option to get around that.
