No, this is not about the movie Rocky. Or real life former heavyweight champion Rocky Marciano. Or even rocky road ice cream.
It's about my favorite cartoon, Rocky the Flying Squirrel and Bullwinkle the Moose.
Wassamatta U. Are you deaf? The bad guys, Boris Badenoff and Natasha Fatale were always being ordered by Fearless Leader to Kill Rocky and Bullwinkle..
We watched thousands of hours of violent cartoons and witnessed enough gore and meyhem on TV to equal quite a few wars. But most of us didn't grow up to be serial killers or even especially violent people. Maybe a few bar fights in our youth but we grew out of it.
