The biggest problem I had was mental. I felt like giving up…So, I took time off and went on holiday and rediscovered the joy of life. Probably ate too much and drank a few beers and I wont say what else. lol. But I got my joie de vivre back.
And this also relates to business. If you feel like you have hit a wall and have nothing left…stop and realign your brain. And do whatever it needs to get reset into a positive attitude.
It might be just walking down the beach or taking time off. It could also be an edible mystery tour..lol. But we all get stale so do what you need to do to feel alive and thrive.
