Day 13 and Going Strong!

Well as I get into day 13 I'm continuing the lessons (course 4, lesson 7) and have a much better grasp of this whole concept. The courses and lessons here are phonomenal to put it lightly. Just having website that I can manipulate at will is quite a satisfying accomplishment. And learning how to aid that site with alternative means of traffic (social media outlets) is great. I'm posting content on a daily basis and posting to my accounts as instructed. Keywords and "low hanging fruit" all in play. Even some affiliate links already up without being to pushy...

I'd like the homepage have the ability to have comments as a blog roll (post) but as I'm using a "static front page" I haven't been able to figure out how (theme 26). Every time I try to make it a "post" it gets moved away from the top position which is really where I want it since it's a welcome type post/page. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Other than that I'm pretty happy with how things are progressing in such a short amount of time. I'm already thinking of a second niche and website but I'd like to see the first one actually produce traffic... Other than what's been outlined in the lessons, does anyone have any ideas? My analytics shows some activity but I'm on the site so much it's hard to tell if it's real traffic or just me... LOL
