Well, I don't think I need to wait for anymore replies to come in since there is a unanimous agreement amongst the first six people who have commented, and that have more experience with this sort of stuff than I do. lol
With that said, I have a first and last follow-up question. I did just check to see whether the URL cbdconsumerresearch.com is available and, low and behold, it is. So, for those of you that have one more minute available to give your two cents re: the following two URL's, it would be very, very much appreciated.
1) cbdresearchandreview.com
2) cbdconsumerresearch.com
I would go for #3 for one reason only, it will be worth more then the other urls.
I buy domains for resale.and, even though I have purchased one with a dash before, I usually steer clear of this style of url because they are generally valued lower then those without the dash. You never know when you might want to sell your website. Jim

Hey Reyhana! Sorry for not letting you know until now, but I decided to go with cbdconsumerresearch.com. I am still building the site out now, but since I am structuring it to be 2/3 content (Science of CBD and CBD in Medicine) and 1/3 brand & product marketing, I figured it best to include 'consumer' in the URL.
However, I did kind-of-take-your-advice and decided to just go ahead and purchase the cbdresearchandreview.com URL at the same time that I bought cbdconsumerresearch.com. I figured that way if I want to later and think it will help with traffic, I can switch the URL over. Thanks again for your help!
