How to use talent for your benefits
Have you ever met someone that has so much talent and they either has money, or they are very broke. Well, I did.
And it is unfortunate, for some of them that are broke. It's only because they were relying on their talent, to support itself, and its love one's. I don't get why won't they work a real job.
So that way, they can get a steady paycheck, that they can guarantee, to make sure that the bills is paid. It is very sad for any family, had to suffer, like that.
All because that person thinks, Its talent will pay for their livelihood. Especially the one's that thinks, he doesn't need to get a regular job to support, its self or family.
They have this weird way of thinking that, they're too good, to get a real job, because, they think, they're going to blow up, like the world trade center.
Hey, don't get me wrong, I want them to succeed, cause I know, that is how, most artist think that they are really good and that they don't need to find work.
But in the mean time, It's best to get another weekly paying job, to take care of the bills, and take care of the family. So, why not use the real job, for your benefits.
On another hand, there's other talented people, that has money, and do not need, to get a real job, fortunately for them that's their benefits. But for those that needs to work to pay the bills, please get a real job.

I must question your concept of a "real" job as if whatever they are trying to do is not a "real" job.
Any and all jobs are real and I wouldn't want to 2nd guess their motives for not seeking other work or even know if they aren't looking for another job.
Sometimes talent is wasted because they don't break out of the having a job mold so they stay at their job when they could have gone on and become very successful with their talent.
It may not be your intent, but it seems like you are talking down to them.

Well it isn't a weekly or monthly and maybe sometimes a few years later paying job, if you're not receiving any money.
I was their biggest fan! and I was the one supporting them.
And still am their biggest fan.
