Extremely Poor PageSpeed Insight Results - Help?
So it turns out my posts have very poor page speed and I clicked the grey G icon next to refresh to try and fix this and I came across like 20 different optinons and I don't know where to start since a lot of what was suggested is very new and sounds like gibberish to me.
Can somebody please help me to find a good starting point and what's the first step I can do to fix my page speeds? Thank you.

Do you have images on your pages yet, Zahub? I have read that if they are too big, they will slow your page loading time down. When I find an image, I try to find one that is small so it won't take up so much room and be slow loading. Hope this helps. Carol
Yes I do have images on all my posts so far. I was thinking that maybe the size of them is too big as well so I will have to look into that. Thank you carol :)
You're welcome. You can make them smaller if you edit them in WordPress instead of SiteContent.
I found that if I had to many plugins it slowed down my pages maybe check to see if you have some that you do not use or not working might be a place to start. hope this helps

My understanding is that plugin responsible for size of images can help speed if image is right-sized.
