Choosing the Niche.
I thought it would be a cakewalk. My niche? Learning, AudioBooks and Spirituality.
After digging into the lesson, I was stumped. Of course!! There are so many out there with a vague idea about something that can be marketed online.. passions run high.. investments of time and money is made and then kaput! Yes, been there - done that.
I took a shower.. the water on the head really helps!
As I rubbed off the drops off my body, it became clear..
There must be a method in the madness..
First of all, the THING that we want to sell has to be tangible. We must have first hand knowledge from the target market that there is an un-met need and demand for the product/service.
Then, all the possible people who will possibly buy - widening circle of influence.. so it became obvious that the people to whom I am pitching are in such and such geographical location. The fact that the internet connects us all makes us believe that we are already there, but wait..
There must be a VERY attractive REASON why what we have to offer is going to make a difference. So this is where we decide on the ACTUAL term for our niche.
So, now I have "Brain-based Learning"
What nekst..??

You are on the right path. It sounds like you are about ready to get a website started if you have not already done so.
Keep working through the training. As you go further along your ideas should start to take even more shape.
If you have major doubts, use one of the free websites. On the other hand, if you have thought of a great domain name, you might want to go ahead and spend the money to get it if it is available.
Best wishes as you start your journey.
Yeah, I have two domain names already registered, prb transferring one of them to WA. Do websites here offer database functionality? I am going to sell my audio-books thru membership to my site. Thanks for your advice! :-)
