Good morning!! Glad to see someone else from DFW. Really trying to meet as many people from the DFW on here, just in case I need to meet up at Starbucks and have an in-depth study session or talk about the internet marketing business. I'm completely new to this aspect of technology, even though I went to school for visual design.

Eager to build my site. There's only like 12 themes on the starter and 1400 on the premium, so I wanted to know if I should wait to build it or not.
Absolutely not you can change a theme at any time. However that's not the question to say you shouldn't go premium I think you should and so do most premium members here
To expand further on the visuals you need a site with plenty of white space and it needs to be easy to navigate and intuitive to navigate. Preferably without all the bells and whistles that is so old hat. Simple clean white and focused

I have a few niches I'm interested in, truly want to know do to pick the correct one.
A list is a super good idea and put pros and cons under each of them. Ideally your criteria should include things that either you know a lot about or you want to know a lot about it would be perfectly acceptable to blog about making money online even if you're a beginner because you can talk about the hurdles you face. Be aware you will be writing about this subject for years so make sure there's a lot of products to recommend on a lot of things to write about. If it was me I'd want an evergreen niche that is one that has the same appeal every month of the year. An example would be make money online weight loss an example of something that is not evergreen would be travelling at Easter, because for obvious reasons it would only have an appeal around Easter time
Hi, I would say start with the one you feel more comfortable writing about and promoting. I'm pretty new here and started with the free site to promote WA but slowly working on it. Hope this helped a bit.
