From Fear To Success
The online business world was and still is a bit strange for me. I had nobody to tell me that it's fine, that I can do it. Nobody went before me to clear the way. Every video on YouTube was so obviously fake and just trying to desperately market me something. All the gurus and mentors didn't really feel right. There was always something that felt a bit off.
Then I stumbled upon a video that seemed to be a bit more honest than the average. The channel also had a funny name. The person talking was Philip. He was also mentoring people with the online money making business, but he had a friendly face and trustworthy attitude. So I decided to keep on trying and subscribed to his email list.
Philip was quick to answer and honest in his feedback. This gave me the boost that I needed to keep pushing and investing my time.
I'm pretty sure it was Philip who introduced me to Wealthy Affiliate. At first, I was a bit skeptical. It seemed a bit too good to be true, that after all those shady scams and greedy marketers, there would be a place like this, that offers you everything you need, from website hosting to a supporting community.
But Philip said this was the way, so I trusted him and oh boy am I glad I did.
Wealthy Affiliate made learning SO exciting. It's so easy, that there's no reason I couldn't do it. I only needed a passion to write from. Actually, that was the hardest part.
You just have to start somewhere and improve on the way.
Philip helped with that as well. It's much easier to decide when you have some professional opinion backing you up.
Now the end of level 2 in the training is drawing closer and there's no stopping.
I'm not sure where I'm going, but I know the direction is right,
because this gets me up from my bed, this keeps me focused
till the sun goes down and this gives me hope for the future.
I've had more success than I ever thought I would. It's not yet financial, but that's completely fine. I'm confident, that this path will lead me to financial freedom. When the year ends and people in my country start drinking their troubles away,
I'll look at my website and smile uncontrollably.
I've done something for myself and I've enjoyed doing it.
Now I hope my work can benefit others as well, give hope and inspiration.
In my opinion fear is our worst enemy in this industry. Actually, there's a great quote I read: "Fear kills more dreams than failure ever will". I think it was Suzy Kassem who said it, but I'm not sure. Also, it might have been doubt instead of fear, but the point comes across either way.
Be brave, be strong, listen to your passion and do not give up. It's worth it.

Nice post, Saku ... I'm working on level 2 and loving it! WA is not like any other internet program I've tried. It has so much to offer and the people around here are so very friendly and supportive, I always have answers to my questions ... and I have a lot of them because I'm new to this stuff, lol. Let's see how long it takes us to start to make some profits from our efforts ...

Thats what make WA a cut above the rest. You always have someone to turn to. Every other platform leaves you hanging with half baked ideas and incomplete training.
