I'm Back From My Little Break
Hi everyone, I'm back!
I know I was only AWOL for one day, and what a glorious day it was at Valley View Gardens. Taken some pictures to show you how glorious it was.
The gardens are set amongst the farming community. You wouldn't even know they are there. Sheep are surrounding the gardens.
The first one is a beautiful garden setting that I have used for my cover image above. Weddings take place here and special functions.
The second one is a bridge you can cross to the other side of the property; when it rains, the water gushes down the block to the pond.
As I walked around, I saw lots of old wagons, carts, wrought iron wheels, and many other old relics collected off properties in the area.
Then we saw an echidna, we tried to get a photo of the face, but they kept hiding.

It was very windy around the pond area. You can see the ripples in the water.
We were all so happy and grateful to have had some wonderful weather, especially after all the terrible storms we've had.
I had a wonderful day.

I had to look up "echidna" - spiny anteater - how cute. We have hedgehogs in the UK which at first glance look fairly similar but on reading a bit more, I see they are quite different.
Echidna lay eggs! Wow! Far from the only difference though, but maybe that's an article for someone who has an animal-related website.

YvonneBray, thanks for your uplifting words of description about your visit to the gardens for your day out there...
