I'm Going To Vegas! (Not For the Reason You're Thinking)

I'm going to Vegas - but not because I made my WA referals. Unfortunately. I am going for some rest and relaxation - something we all need from time to time.

YOU MUST TAKE CARE OF YOU
Over the past few days, I have gotten messages about how overwhelmed and frustrated members are with the training and building their sites. We can all feel that way from time to time. Especially this time of the year with the holidays upon us, people can be extremely stressed.

If you are stressed, overwhelmed, and frustrated around building your site, it may be time to step back and regroup. If you are not in a good place in your life right now and trying to get through training and building your business on top of that, think about this: If you are not taking care of yourself, how can you help others? You must take care of YOU first.

If you aren't feeling well and the training is stressing you out even more, it may be time to clear your head for a while. Take a walk, go get some fresh air, play with your pets, read a book, spend time with your family, listen to some soothing music, have dinner with some friends - whatever calms and relaxes you, concentrate on that - even if it's just a few minutes.

HAVING CLARITY
The bottom line is don't let what is going on with your site become such a heavy burden to you that you aren't enjoying any of it. Is building your site going to be hard? Yes - at times - but when you feel frustrated, you may find that walking away from it for a while will actually help you build your business even better. Why? Because you may come back to it with clarity. Maybe getting away from it for a while will actually give you more ideas.

Believe it or not, I have gotten my best ideas as I am waking up in the morning. Really! I can't tell you how many times I've gone to sleep with a question on my mind and upon waking up the next day, I have the best ideas and have such clarity. It's amazing how your brain can process things while you're sleeping. You know the old saying "sleep on it"? Well........

THE HELP WILL BE HERE
This community is amazing - helpful, supportive, and encouraging. People in WA are very willing to help and that is so awesome. If you need to take a break, take it. We will be right here to help you when you return. Relax! You've got this. I hope this is helpful to someone who may be struggling right now.
