I have an existing Paypal account, but it is not a merchant account. Can I link it or do I need to create a totally new account for money coming in?
Good Question ! I am not sure just confirm, But I think you only need one account. Everyone does everything through that one account. Cause everything is linked. When your C/card is replaced just update your card details again, like i had to recently.
I have a PayPal account for personal stuff like buying on eBay and I have another which is a business account which is for business income and expenses. They are linked to different bank accounts and Visa cards. For taxation purposes I think you should keep your business and personal accounts separate. ~Marion
Hi yvette6440. You should be able to use the existing account.
I should clarify. Do you mean for payments coming from WA to you?
Hi yvette6440. Existing account should work. If you accept credit card payments through PayPal, there may be a small fee.

My website is www.deliciousbelgiansecrets.com When I bring it up and I try and click on any of my page listings on the right, they all come up blank. What am I doing wrong?<
You need to contact tech support, I get a http internal server error whin I click on your pages on the side menu. Have you done any updates on anything lately? I think you need support?
Yes, I am trying to fix the problem now. If that does not work, I will have to contact tech support. Strange though. I did not do anything Thanks for your help
Did you change something about those posts? Try going under those pages in your Wordpress and checking the link. Sometimes when you change things your current links can get messed up. When I hover over the menu item "About Me", the link displays as "http://deliciousbelgiansecrets.com/about-me". Is this the same as the post you want to show up there?
Sorry to be so stupid, but what link should be showing in Wordpress and where do I find this?
Are you referring to your widget menu on the right hand side? It looks like you have a custom menu there. Go to it and verify the page links are correct.
Dara's reply about using categories is excellent, but it does not explain why you are getting the blank pages. Wordpress should throw a 404 or display "nothing could be found here" or something along those lines.

This is the answer I got from the link when I click on the WA picture to see if everything worked. What did I do wrong? "Sorry, there was a problem with this link: https://my
It seems to be working now. I must have heard the same thing as Ed below, but I'm going with Doug's explanation: How can we let facebook know that wa is valid?
Looks like it's working now. I thought I had heard the same thing as Ed below, but I'm going with Doug's explanation: How can we let facebook know that wa is valid?
I've heard others write on this platform that facebook thinks wealthy affiliates is a scam....
You did nothing wrong... This is most probably due to Facebook's "link shim", which is supposed to protect FB users from following links to malicious sites. Facebook basically redirects those links through l.facebook.com or lm.facebook.com and most of the time, its seamless -- but of course, sometimes things go wrong and you get that message. It could just be due to servers being slow or some such thing.

Thanks Kae! They always come back saying this might be a scam. So strange that they don't trust WA...Oh Well!

Hello everyone! I am wondering if creating a website that is not about WA would be of any use to me. I am from Belgium, and have lots of things I would like to share about tr
Anything can be a niche. Just be more specific for eg. sports or health is too broad, instead choose a specific sport like " Ice Hockey, and with health : you will have to be more specific. like How to firm your body. Like in your case: Choose specific ways of travel maybe and choose specific destinations. Food choose: Specific foods. Then you read and gain as much knowledge about the topic for your website and become expert on the topic you choose. Add new articles or interestings things to share regularly to your site to keep it interesting. Hope this will help
Hi Yvette~Absolutely.....it's what affiliate marketing is all about. There's thousands upon thousands of little niches out there, and they are growing daily. My general category is home & garden, but my monetized web sites will be in the little niches within it.
Good luck in your exploration.
Wayne (Gardenguy)
Thanks very much. I was hoping that anything I like would be okay, as long as it brings traffic!
Hi Yvette,
Yes, you can certainly have websites that are not about WA. WA will help you regardless of your website topic. I have no WA website at this time. Mine is about travel tips. The community is very helpful with all your needs and questions. If you have lots of things to share, you should get started. You can start with the Get Started course and continue on with the certification courses. Also, ask questions when needed and participate with others in the community.
There are many WA members who have websites that are not about WA. You will be in great company. Reach out to others. You will be surprised how responsive all the members are.
Good luck and welcome to Wealthy Affiliate.
Bob
Thanks. That is what I was hoping. I would rather have websites that I can really blog about.
