10 little thoughts after 1 month launch of my blog.

After 1 month launch of my blog, already developed some kind of patterns as below:

1. Write posts, keep to update new post every 4 days. And bookmark those writing materials for reference and ideas.

2. Apply and post affiliate links / banners in my posts regularly.

3. But other than links/banners, I should focus on how to drive traffic to my blog. Other than SEO approach. Other than having posts as your products or assets. You should have enough traffic, then traffic turns to clicks, and then clicks turn to sale.

4. I am not a celebrity, so need to increase blog exposure if possible.

5. Apply different social media and social bookmarking sites.

6. Google: drive traffic to my blog, promote my blog.

7. Finding niche blogs / forum with high ranking.

8. Monitor blog traffic through google analytics, then you would know which sources go to your blog, from where and when (what time had more traffic). Then you would know which sites should do more to get traffic. Highest at the moment for my blog: 111 visits happened on Apr 18.

9. Commenting more if possible on other blogs, social media or forums.

10. Checking niche blogs / forum with high rank and observe how they connect with social, and how they wrote the blog. Follow good practice.

Anymore?

All famous bloggers always said they had few visits on the first year, always ask you to have patience. So I really agreed with it. For sure, only those would continue the journey consistently with patient would win, right?
