There are at least ten items on one page on my website and there are the same number of links connections to the my Am
I wonder that google is caught my content as spam?

It sounds like you might be using too many links on your pages. Try to review a single item per post. When you have several of these reviews for related items create a page that links to your reviews. Multiple internal links on your website is good for SEO. The 2019 SEO Checklist
