When you log into your website dashboard and go to posts, click the checkbox next to the post, select Edit from the Bulk Actions menu and click apply you don’t see options like this?
Thank you for your reply but I think you didn't understand my question.
My question is how do I update my post to reflect the new User I have created?
In Kyle's training he said we should click Quick edit, which I've done but mine doesn't give me option to change the Author from admin to the new User.
Thank you.
Do you see the pop up in the image I attached? It shows where you can change the author. That’s what you want to do, right?
Hi - after the stage above as shown in your screenshot, click on the title of the article. Then, underneath the title, it will say the date, then author. The author field has a drop-down menu.
Hi
Thanks but when I clicked on the title it opened the full article.
still no drop down menu.
Sorry - that's my mistake. Click quick edit. It will show you title, slug, date then author.

Hi Fam,
I'm a Newbie, after publishing my first article, it came up as uncategorised post. Please how do I change the word uncategorised or what other name can I call it. Pl
You would normally assign 2 or 3 or more relevant categories to a post. You do it on the right hand side under categories. Then just uncheck the Uncategorized box.
Over time, you'll build up a number of relevant categories and select the appropriate ones for each post.
Uncategorized is just the default that's assigned by WP until you create your own.
Just type it in and click the Add Category button.
Log into your site dashboard and navigate to Posts > Categories. Create/edit/delete whatever categories you want. Then go to Posts and change the category for each post to what it should be. Some themes use categories as a way of organizing information on the main page so be aware of that.
