You might want to verify your status with PayPal periodically to verify account validity

Go to https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share/stats and click on the Payment settings tab. You can change your PayPal email address there. Remember to click on "Save My Payment Details".

I have never heard of payoneer but you might be able to link it through a PayPal account.
